The Problem
Event content is valuable only when you can collect it
Attendees already capture authentic moments. The planner's challenge is giving everyone one clear contribution path while maintaining privacy, moderation, and a professional client handoff.
Attendee content stays fragmented
Photos end up across personal camera rolls, chat threads, email attachments, and public social posts instead of one useful event collection.
Public hashtags remove control
Private client events, internal gatherings, and moderated live displays need more control than asking everyone to post publicly under one hashtag.
The post-event recap arrives incomplete
When collection starts after the event, the moment has passed and the planner or client team spends days chasing a partial set of attendee photos.
The Planner Workflow
One repeatable process for every event
Create the Client Gallery
Set up the event in the Capture host app with its name, date, cover image, access settings, moderation choices, and unique QR code.
Place the QR Code at Key Touchpoints
Add the code to registration screens, table cards, badges, programs, slide decks, or venue displays and give attendees one direct instruction.
Moderate and Deliver the Recap
Review contributions during the event, display approved content when appropriate, and export the complete gallery for the client's post-event workflow.
Built for Frequent Hosts
Less collection work, more event value
Unlimited Event Galleries
Run separate galleries for multiple clients and event formats under one active host subscription, each with its own access and collection.
Browser Uploads for Attendees
Guests scan and contribute from modern iPhone and Android browsers without creating an account or downloading an app.
Private, Moderated Access
Keep the gallery unlisted, manage uploads, revoke shared access, and remove content that does not meet the event guidelines.
Moderated Live Photo Wall
Use approved attendee photos on a venue screen to add energy to conferences, dinners, launches, offsites, and celebrations.
A Better Client Recap
Combine attendee perspectives with the client's professional event assets instead of leaving authentic moments buried across personal channels.
Bulk Gallery Export
Export the complete collection as a ZIP of original files from the iPhone app, or save selected photos individually, and check your backup and delivery workflow. Review permissions before any promotional reuse.

FAQ
Common questions
Capture works for conferences, product launches, company offsites, galas, charity events, private parties, weddings, milestone celebrations, and other events where attendee photos belong in one controlled collection.
Yes. An active host subscription supports unlimited events, and each event receives its own gallery, QR code, settings, and guest collection.
No. Attendees can scan the event QR code and upload from their mobile browser without an account or app. Guests can also browse, react, and comment in the browser when event settings allow it.
The host creates and manages events through Capture's iOS app. Guests use the browser upload path. Teams that require several administrative users should confirm that workflow before including it in a client package.
Each event can have its own name, date, cover image, settings, and QR code. Capture does not currently promise full agency white-labeling, custom domains, or automatic client ownership transfer.
Yes. Configure moderation before the event and use the live wall only for approved uploads. Assign responsibility for reviewing content during the event plan.
Do not assume so. Clearly explain the gallery and live-display purpose, provide a removal route, and use the client's normal permission process before reusing attendee content in external marketing.
