Common questions

Can I try Capture before paying?

Yes. The Starter plan is completely free and includes everything you need for a smaller event. Create your gallery, share the QR code, and experience the core product with no credit card required.

What happens to my photos after the gallery expires?

You can download the full collection at any time before the gallery expires. After expiration, the gallery becomes read-only for 14 days, giving you extra time to download. After that, the gallery and all photos are permanently deleted.

Can I upgrade my plan after creating an event?

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Premium or Pro at any time during your event. Your existing photos and gallery settings will be preserved — you simply unlock additional features.

Do guests need to pay anything?

Never. Guests scan the QR code and upload photos for free — no accounts, no app downloads required. The host is the only one who pays, and only if they choose a paid plan.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Do you offer discounts for event planners or venues?

Yes. We offer volume discounts for professional event planners, venues, and photographers who host multiple events. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
