Hand the QR Code to the Stationer
Add the code to table cards or a welcome sign and give the MC one line to read. Guests photograph what they see from their seats while you keep the planned coverage.
Export Originals and Deliver Separately

Capture stores every upload as the original file and only serves a 2,048-pixel copy for browsing. The ZIP export and individual downloads return the originals, so guest photos arrive without extra compression.
From Export Album in the iPhone host app, Create ZIP builds an archive of every original that arrives as an emailed link and opens on any computer; very large collections are split into parts of about 2 GB. Save to Photos puts everything into an album on the host’s iPhone. Test the step once before promising it in a package.
Decide before setup. Capture is currently managed through the host’s iOS app, so either you run the gallery and deliver the export, or the couple creates the event and you supply the QR code and guidance. Capture does not currently promise a white-label photographer experience or automatic client ownership transfer.
Capture is not a client-proofing or print-sales gallery. Keep your commissioned delivery in your usual system and treat the guest gallery as a separate, labeled collection with its own permissions.
Estimate setup, client communication, testing, any attended moderation, curation, and delivery separately. A setup-only service and a staffed live wall involve different work, so put the scope in the brief before the couple accepts a package.
