Where a WhatsApp group works

If you use a group anyway, run it well
Pin one message with the rules: send photos as documents for full quality, one batch per person, and a deadline a week after the wedding. Ask one friend to be the collector who saves everything to a folder as it arrives, rather than trusting that it will still be there in a month.
