Answer logistics before etiquette
Arrival time, venue address, transport, parking, accessibility, and weather affect whether guests can attend comfortably. Put those answers first and repeat urgent changes through the communication channel guests already use.
Write for a visitor who has never seen the venue. Specific instructions such as which entrance or shuttle stop to use are more helpful than a decorative paragraph about the location.
Be kind and clear about boundaries
Plus-one, children, attire, and unplugged-ceremony answers should not leave room for different interpretations. A warm sentence can still be direct and save both guests and the couple from awkward individual conversations.
If phones are restricted only during the ceremony, say exactly when photos become welcome again. This prevents an unplugged request from unintentionally eliminating all guest candids.
Give photos one destination
Add the Capture gallery link before the wedding weekend and explain that venue QR codes will open the same private event. Guests who cannot scan a printed code can use the website link.
After the wedding, update the FAQ or homepage with a final upload reminder and date. Remove or close access later according to the couple's privacy plan.
