How to use it
- 1. Enter the destination. A Capture join link or code prints a typed fallback under the QR code. Any other album or website link works too.
- 2. Choose template, size and printed language. A6 cards for tables, A5 or A4 for the welcome area, US Letter for American printers, square and story sizes for screens and social posts. The printed wording is available in English, German, Spanish, French and Brazilian Portuguese.
- 3. Print one proof first. Scan it with an iPhone and an Android phone in the light you expect at the venue, then print the set. The print, placement and testing guide covers sizes, materials and what to do if a scan fails.
Wording and placement

Questions
Does the sign work with albums other than Capture?
Yes. Paste any http or https link: a Google Photos or iCloud shared album, a wedding website, a Dropbox file request, or a form. The QR code encodes exactly the address you enter.
Is anything uploaded when I use the generator?
No. The sign is drawn in your browser from the text you type. The link, the wording and the exported files never leave your device.
How large should the code be printed?
At least 3 by 3 centimetres for a table card and 5 by 5 centimetres or more for a welcome sign that guests scan from a distance. The templates size the code automatically for each format; keep the light margin around it.
Which file should I send to the printer?
PDF or SVG for print, because both stay sharp at any size. The PNG is rendered at 300 dpi for the chosen paper size and works for online print shops that only accept images. Use the square and story sizes for screens and social posts.
Why is there a code under the QR code on some signs?
When the link is a Capture join link, the six-character join code is printed as a typed fallback for guests whose camera does not scan. For other links there is no short code, so that block is left out.
